Jade has a unique skill set that is result of pursuing her passion and not shying away from a challenge. A qualified dietitian, Jade pursued working within the food industry with the desire of providing people with better food choices and ultimately contributing to a healthier future for all.
Prior to being a nutrition consultant, Jade was an integral player of a start-up food company and from this experience directly understands the challenges and demands that are faced by those who passionately start their own food company. Jade’s experience encompasses many areas however she has particular expertise in the areas of recipe development, food labelling and nutritional writing.
In terms of recipe development, Jade was selected in the top three finalists in the Professional category of the 2018 Australian Macadamias Innovation Challenge. Jade was selected based on her product creation entry, whereby she presented to a panel of industry judges at The Farm, in beautiful Byron Bay.
Jade also was the recipe developer of a frozen dessert range (non-dairy ice cream) which was selected by Food Innovation Australia (FIAL) to be included in their 2016 ‘Celebrating Australian Food and Agriculture Innovation’ book.
Jade’s passion is creating delicious and nutritious recipes; for businesses and their food products to succeed and for customers to relish the food produced.
